Estate Agency Service
Kings Park Village offers an Estate Agency service to residents living on the park to help in the sale of their home.
The Estate Agency Team provide a professional and friendly service, promoting the previously owned homes listed with the estate agency to reach a much wider audience using the marketing resources available to the company.
At a minimum, the home for sale will be listed nationally on the Kings Park Village website, the Britannia Parks website and the Rightmove website and therefore exposed to a very large audience of people interested in purchasing a park home. The home may also be included in local press advertisements.
Any enquiries regarding a listed home will be handled by the sales office team who will make an appointment for a viewing with the vendor or alternatively a member of staff will accompany the prospective purchaser on the home viewing.
The vendor will be kept fully informed during the time the property remains on the market regarding enquiries on viewings and will receive feedback following a viewing.
While a solicitor is not required in the buying and selling of a mobile home Kings Park Village will liaise with solicitors acting on behalf of prospective purchasers and arrange for the Assignment of the Agreement.
An Estate Agency Fee of 1% of the agreed selling price of the home is paid by the vendor on the assignment of the home in addition to the 10% commission the park owner is entitled to under the Written Agreement.
